Education workshop looks at black white achievement gapWhat: Workshop organized by the Committee on Education. Who: Derek Neal, Chair, Department of Economics, University of Chicago, will present a paper "Why Has Black-White Skill Convergence Stopped?" Discussants will be Susan Goldin-Meadow, Beardsley Ruml Distinguished Service Professor, Department of Psychology and Comparative Human Development, and Susan Levine, Professor, Department of Psychology, both at the University of Chicago.
