Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Patti Woodworth to join Art Institute of Chicago

Patti Woodworth, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has submitted her resignation in order to accept the position of Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration & Chief Financial Officer of the Art Institute of Chicago, effective Dec. 31, 2001.

During her tenure at the University, Woodworth has overseen the execution of the first phases of the most ambitious capital program in its history, initiating construction projects across campus as outlined in the Campus Master Plan. In that context she expertly led the University's cash-management and financial programs.

“In helping us build for the future, Patti has made a significant contribution to advancing the University's academic mission,” said President Don Michael Randel.“This is a wonderful opportunity for her in the very stimulating environment of one of the world's great cultural institutions. I congratulate both her and the Art Institute.”
